De La Cruz-Phraner about Using Skilled Interpreters in litigation.  We will learn about the differences in translators and interpreters and when to use each one; requirements of interpreters and translators through the court systems and why it is important to use ones who are so qualified; and Alabama requirements for translators and interpreters.  This seminar meets the requirements of the NALA Certifying Board for continuing legal education credit required to maintain the CP (Certified Paralegal) credential.  It has been approved for 1-hour of substantive CLE credit.
