Please join us as we learn from Daniel Steigert about business formations.  We will dive into learning the core U.S. business structures and learn about Secretary of State filings.  We will also be introduced to the jurisdictional differences that affect entity structures.  This seminar meets the requirements of the NALA Certifying Board for continuing legal education credit required to maintain the CP (Certified Paralegal) credential.  It has been approved for 1-hour of substantive CLE credit.
